As part of our annual Community Celebration, there's a new {THE AND} edition in our plans, the Community Edition. We're building it with you, not for you. So, we need your help to build it.
Every {THE AND} deck we've made started the same way, with a question that made someone feel a little more connected. This one's different because instead of us writing the questions and handing them over, we're asking you to write them with us. You write it. You play it.
What are we asking for
We made a free guide that walks you through how to write a {THE AND} style question, the kind that skips past "how's your day" and gets into something real. It's not homework. Think of it more like a starting point for asking better questions.
Inside you'll find a few different ways in:
- Fill in the blank prompts if you need a starting point
- Sentence starters to get momentum going
- Theme based prompts if you just want a direction
- A "go deeper" example showing how to take a basic question and make it sharper
You don't have to be a writer for this. You just need a question you've actually wondered about someone, or one you wish someone would ask you.
Why we're doing it this way
Connection doesn't just happen. The questions that actually bring people closer, the ones that stick with you after, are built on purpose. That's the whole point of the guide, and honestly the whole point of {THE AND}.
So this guide is doing two things at once. It's helping you build connection in whatever group you're already part of, your friends, your family, the people you're still trying to get closer to. And every question you send us becomes proof that this community is real, and that we show up for each other.
