For The Skin Deep's first-ever global Community Celebration, hosts around the world are gathering their own communities around {THE AND} conversation cards, no brand event production required, just an invitation and a deck. Guests write their own questions along the way, and the strongest ones will become part of a brand-new {THE AND} deck built entirely by the community that played it into existence.

In Seattle, that host is Jennica Lynn, a real estate agent hosting an evening built around deeper conversations and more meaningful connections.

Who Is Jennica Lynn

Jennica has spent the last 16 years as a real estate agent in Seattle, a career she jokes she fell into a little too young to know better; a family member suggested she look into it when she was just 20. Sixteen years later, it's clear the fit was right. What keeps her in the industry isn't the transactions, it's the conversations: helping women navigate major life changes, think through how to build wealth, and figure out their next move, both literally and figuratively.

That same instinct for guiding people through big questions is what drew her to {THE AND} card game in the first place. Jennica has kept a few decks on hand for years, first picking them up as a way to be more intentional in a new relationship that eventually became her marriage. She sees real value in a tool that hands people better questions than they'd usually think to ask themselves, and takes the pressure off having to come up with the right ones on the spot.

What to Expect at Jennica's Community Celebration Event

Jennica is hosting a Community Celebration gathering built for women 30 and older who are looking for community and for conversations with people they may not have crossed paths with otherwise, women navigating shifts in business, career, family, or simply life in general.

The setting matches the intention: a women-owned art exhibit and event space in Seattle with cocktails from a women-owned winery, and a calm, welcoming environment designed to put people at ease before {THE AND} even comes out.

For Jennica, hosting is where she comes alive. Watching people who've never met find their way into a real conversation, making the introductions, and seeing the curiosity take over from there, that's the part she says she loves most.
