Community Celebration Host Spotlight: Elizabeth Sabillon Brings {THE AND} to Orlando, Florida
Real connection doesn't happen by accident — it happens when someone takes the time to build the space for it. That's exactly what The Skin Deep's first-ever Community Celebration is all about: a global series of in-person gatherings, hosted by everyday community-builders in living rooms, resorts, and everywhere in between, all centered around {THE AND} card game and the kind of conversation that goes beyond small talk. As part of the experience, guests around the world at each gathering will write their own questions on blank cards — with the best of them coming together to form a brand-new {THE AND} deck, created entirely by the community.
One of those hosts is Elizabeth Sabillon, founder of She Cultivates, based in Orlando, Florida, hosting her Community Celebration gathering at the Renaissance Orlando Resort by Disney Springs.
Who Is Elizabeth Sabillon
What started as a podcast — a space where Elizabeth shared her own stories of healing, mental health, and personal growth — eventually grew into something much bigger: a community.
Growing up, Elizabeth moved around often and always longed for deeper friendships and a place where women could truly belong. After experiencing her own seasons of loneliness and healing, she realized she wasn't the only one looking for genuine connection. That realization is what inspired her to start hosting She Cultivates events along with her best friends. She Cultivates is a collaborative community built with women who came together to host because life and all of its events simply aren't meant to be done alone.
Today, Elizabeth creates intentional experiences that bring women together to have meaningful conversations, build authentic friendships, and leave feeling seen, encouraged, and connected.

Elizabeth was drawn to The Skin Deep for its love of deep conversation and its concept of facilitating real moments of connection — between loved ones and strangers alike. For her, {THE AND} is more than a card game; it's a tool that helps cultivate vulnerability and connection, the same values that sit at the center of her own work.
What Elizabeth's Community Celebration Gathering Will Look Like
She Cultivates hosts intentional community events designed for women looking to build genuine friendships, grow personally and professionally, and connect through meaningful conversation. The audience primarily consists of women ages 25–40 — entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and women simply looking for community.
The vibe is warm, welcoming, and elevated — think curated connection experiences, facilitated speed friending, thoughtful details, and conversations that go beyond small talk. Every event is intentionally designed to help attendees feel comfortable meeting new people through interactive activities, connection experiences, and inspiring conversation. Whether someone comes alone or with a friend, the goal is the same: for every woman to leave feeling seen, encouraged, and connected.
Why Real, In-Person Community Matters
Elizabeth's favorite part of hosting is watching women step outside their comfort zones and find new connections and friendships in real time. It's proof of exactly what she set out to build.

And outside of hosting? Elizabeth loves salsa dancing for fun — it's actually how she met her fiancé.
